Thank you Nicole, The sofware seems to acknowledge my trial status now. I would like to buy the membership,

but I am unsure at the moment. I tried clickind on the IMEI repair button which is supposed to change the number to your test IEMI # of 1234... etc. It looks like it attempts to do it, but then it stops with the upper progress bar at 2% and the other below at 80%, and the result looks as follows:

When I check the Imei again. It shows the same generic Samsung code instead of the default Chimera trial test IEMI # of 1234... etc.


I just want to make sure that it works. Does this mean that your software will not work on my Samsung Captivate

Glide for repairing the EIMEI. And if do buy it and it doesn't work, can I cancel the membership and get a refund? Please let me know about this. Thank you.
