please tell us, to which provider locked the device? For example Tmobile / Orange / Vodafone etc..
With that we can check the issue and hopefully we can solve it as soon as possible.

Y5 II models added with"public beta" status, that mean the process under development.
We are working on the mentioned unlock problem, and I hope in a next some days it will be solved.
