Hi i tried to unlock the phone but credit taken and phone not Unlocked

Dear zablander212,

Please try it with the UART method, description about it here.
Or root your phone first with an other program (help about it here) then do the factory unlock again with the USB method.

Hi,

It is an unpleasant situation.

We are able to refund you the credits in all cases if we are not able to resolve your problem, but if you also not let us resolve it, then what to do??
Please ask your customer to bring it back and I'm very sure we will be able to work out something. If not, then believe me we will give your credits back.
