i have seen that there is no computer registered on your current licence . Are you using " TRIAL " Licence ?

you have one expired TRIAL licence. You need to buy one active licence if you want to use our services.

unfortunately we have not possibility to extend your trial licence.
We provide the trial licence for our new users for 3 days, after it the trial licence is expired and if you want to use our service you need to buy one licence.

Forget your so called TRIAL days (which i never used due to software not running).
I said, do i have to buy licence before i sort out above problem?
Can you help me to sort out the connection problem first, before i buy the licence?

We gave you an opportunity to test our service too as for the other users, you not used it, unfortunately we can not make exception with you and extend your TRIAL licence.
Unfortunately if you want to use our service you need to buy licence.
But when you want to use one supported function by one supported model it will be work.
