The device was already unlocked, the code read was 000000000 ..... No code was requested upon inserting a sim .
Phone was not locked

Thank you very much!
I unlocked a couple of s8 today. First I received an error about insufficient credit. I used Paypal to pay 30euros but it worked before the payment was processed.
