S8 plus mobi control locked. Please help - GSM-Forum

One customer came with this phone . Samsung s8 plus g955f. It’s on activation screen. There is an security app called Mobicontrol it’s blocking the settings so I can't get in to the phone and reset the device. It’s not let me putting in to download mode but I can put in to recovery mode. Is there any way i can bypass this?
Any ideas are welcome ...

You have looked at Settings / Applications / Manage applications / All-> search and uninstall.
Another option is from the Titanium, but you have to be root.
Another option is from Root explorer, but idem.
Luck.

Not supported by chimera.

Settings area are locked can’t go . Do u remember ee used to make this kind lock before but this one is not ee it’s mobi control security. When I switch on this Mobi controll comes first on the screen and it does not let me go anywhere. I can’t even put it in to download mode it doesn’t let me do it so how am I gona root it ??? I can put it recovery mode and that’s about it .any other solution please help

You can uninstall the ME MDM App from the managed Android devices by following the steps mentioned below:

On the managed mobile device, go to Settings.
Navigate to Security.
Select Device Administrator and disable it.
Under Settings, go to Applications.

I cant go in to settings as i said before. Setting iption are locked it does not let me go in to settings. Phone is in activation screen wgere u can choose language and within few second this movi controll lock comes on screen and thats it cant do anything

Same issue here can not get to download mode and can not get to the phone setting.
