Member: 1033807 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 71 | s8 and s8+ knox lock error. This device has been associated with an enterprise... I Have a few phones s8, s8 plus and a520f etc. Phone turns on normally and then goes to this lock screen saying that the phone has been associated with an enterprise account and connect with internet etc. Same as FRP account lock page. Furthermore, the phone does not go to download mode as well. Can you please suggest some solution ? |

When the device switched into recovery mode and ADB connection available, choose the "adb reboot download" option. 2. you are able to do it with the follow button combinations too: bixby + volume_down + power 3. When the previously 2 option not working, you need to buy usb-c jig. Best regards Nicole |

(new protection for enterprise providers) so in order to remove you need to put devices into factory mode by testpoint, rewrite bootloader and then flash device with any full rom... Regular microUSB jig connected through microUSB->USB-C adapter (with OTG support) doesn't seem to work and does nothing. Even if i keep power button pressed phone just turns on. Maybe it requires a different resistor than 300k or something else entirely? I'm unable to find pre-made USB-C jigs. | |
