samsung g800h i du unlock but du root process. then i dissconnect my phone deducted credit from my account. softwer shoud not ask me for deducting credit. now my phone shhod not unlock.

This one happened to me. I press "direct unlock" without reading info. Because interface change with new update. After press "direct unlock" I saw phone get root and I dont wanna root. I press suddenly cancel but credit lost. But after few hours later credit refund my account due to incomplete process. So wait brother.... Don't worry. They can see and will not cheat us....

Sometime we got panic and closed log suddenly. Then cannot make here work id. I hope you can be kind find that using our account. Because it happend to me. I closed it when checking phone condition forgot to note my work id.

WorkID you can check if you log in on our website, click on "User Menu" and choose "Jobs" option. It will list up every jobs you did with Chimeratool, I need that ID please.

If someone gets "INPROGRESS" Status it means process is broken, and within 1 hour it will turn into "CRASHED" and if it took credits, it will be refunded automatically.

When "Factory unlock" function was developed first time the idea was only reset the nck to 00000000 with uart cable and that's all. Later we have added two very nice features to the same server based unlock concept which are:

• Direct unlock where you need root the phone before that's right, but phone will be unlocked directly not necessary to turn on the phone and enter the unlock code. This procedure will remove the regional lock, it is mostly called like country code too. It is a very unique feature and nobody on the market can do it for now.
  
• Direct unlock with USB cable where rooting is required too but only an USB cable is enough for the process.

You could have the question now, if you need root the phone before, then why is the factory unlock procedure needed and why should you pay for the unlock. The answer comes from the natural of the process. Regardless if you are rooting or not, we never touch the unique calibration data, we are not modifying any software settings and most important there are many models where only the rooting will be not enough for unlocking. In this case you can be sure this function will unlock the phone. Also one more very unique function which is totally not available on the market is the regional lock removing with the direct unlock process. As you know Samsung had regional prices and selling like Apple and few manufacturers. In this case your phone has two type of locks, one of them is the simlock and the other one is the country lock. However you was unlocked your phone you will be not able to use it with different country. Here comes ChimeraTool where you can unlock this lock too.
