Dear User,

You have to put the device into download mode then connect it to the tool with an USB cable. Then you will see the reset reactivation lock functions. Use them. Try to use the latest (UFS) one.

Please explain the issue. Why you have this problem? The phone have the FRP lock on it? Or you have a software issue on the device?

I have here J326AZ cricket phone, is it supported or I should try it first?

Now I see that there is only one option to unlock it via MSL unlock code, so it is unsupported yet I think
