Hello , basically you are locking phone to another carrier ? if yes why we need to choose all 65 carriers in the list? can't we just choose one random carrier and lock it to that carrier and get it done?

From my understanding we need to choose the Carrier we want to use the phone , there is no need to select all 64 in the list ?
