On my G975U I noticed that carrier relock is being reset to T-Mobile USA again after you try to use Pernament Unlock feature. While this is unfortunate I can live with that

but I wonder if the carrier relock will reset if I'll install an update from T-Mobile?

By clicking on this setting option, the device is being relocked to what tmobiles servers wish to relock it to. It should not be done. So far, in all firmwares to date, this can only be triggered manually, so you are safe with updates.

Network relock not show for s10 verizon

While the Verizon relock solution works perfectly, Verizon devices are programmed to automatically contact servers upon each bootup, and once an internet connection is established, the Verizon relock server will relock to whatever they wish. So, the device will reboot and work for a few minutes, then stop working as soon as Verizon server is reached. I am sure if Chimera team finds a workaround, they will re enable the option.

i think i have a solution for this. very simple. i cant say for sure because i dont have any of these devices in hand for testing

I used Carrier Relock on G973U tmobile. The process successful but when i put my sim card it still showing invalid sim card and network locked.When i reported this on online chart nothing was done on it as the credit just gone like that.
