You probably enabled Reactivation Lock in settings, just enter your samsung username and password (or create one on samsung.com) and sign in on the phone.

Just wipe phone, when the phone ask for samsung account just go to forget password, put your valid samsung account that you own, and click ok, then repit the process like 5 times, after that go back button and system gonna show a web page can displayed and your valid email, long press your email addres and click on share, after that share with note aplication, share via samsung account, systema gonna update your samsung account apk and gonna ask you for you valid account, put your account and login. after that restart phone, and when ask again for account put your account.

when i click on forgot ID or password , window pop up with notice if i want to restore my account i need to open account.samsung.com
