I have fixed imei on this tablet but it does not take line, the imei is clean.

Hi,

when you have opportunity start get info process on the device and send us the work id of the process. From the log we can check some information and maybe we can offer you solution.

I think the problem comes from modem side. When you have opportunity install complete stock firmware on the device.

Hi perform search network operation on device, if it can find available networks it is modem problem(probably fixed with another version) if not, check device antenna...
