Phone is brand new. None of the generic root tools give me root.

Codes for enabling UART don't work either. *#7284# does nothing (code stays on the screen), *#0808# seems to be accepted (code disappears from the screen), but the phone still does nothing, *#9090# gives me a test menu but none of the usual options appear, the whole menu is blank. Phone doesn't respond on UART (tried with Z3X box). Tried booting with the UART cable plugged in (on some newer Samsung phones where *#0808# doesn't work by default, this enables it), same results.

Please try the MicroUart method without root, it has to work.
You only tried Info reading and a MicroUSB try but it didn't work.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I don't have the phone anymore (I'm sure another one will come along soon). But I've tried the UART method with a different G110H a while ago, and it gave me no response.

On a related note, I wish Chimera saved its logs locally (or, if we're going for cloud operation, made them available for review and reporting, not just the job summary). Then I could show you a proper log of it. But I do remember that it didn't respond.
