Useful ChimeraTool Information

[Chimera Tool]

General information:

• Everybody must create their own ChimeraTool account on the Chimeratool website.
• It is strictly forbidden to trade with your ChimeraTool user account, we don't take responsibility for the problems what this situation can cause.
• Please be careful and never share/give out your user name or password to another person.
• It is strictly forbidden to share or forward your purchased license(s) to another person.
• In each case you must make sure that your Reseller is reliable and our official reseller. You can find a list about them on our website under "Resellers" menu
• After the purchase if you have any problem, you should contact us first. (If you bought credits from one of our Resellers, you need to contact with them directly if you have payment problems)
• If you have any problem please write us an e-mail to the [email protected] e-mail address, and in each case it has to contain your user name too
• If you have problem with an exact JOB, you better mention the Work ID of the job, because it can help us to solve your problem faster
• In case of PayPal purchase, please note that you are not allowed to change your PayPal accounts. So it means if you purchased something via PayPal with one account, than from that time on you can not use other PayPal account or you can not buy to your friend or relative or to any other user.

Software/Status information:

• User ranks, what dose they mean? How many discount can you have with that ranks? More description about it here
• TRIAL: The supported functions can be used once in every 3 hours. Besides this, there are some cases where you have other limitations also. If you use Trial licence you can only use below functions even if you buy extra credits which are useless during the Trial period. Trial period is just to test how does this software work.

• There is a new status under a few Samsung models that’s called „Public beta”
  It means that they are actually in a development phase, it is only public because our testers have to reach them so we can make them supported faster. Please use them only for your own risk!!!
  It doesn't mean that it will damage your phone if you use it, don't worry! The only problem can be that functions don't work.
  Of course when they get fully supported this status will disappear and will be seen as any other.

Cable/shipping information:

• This is a USB serial converter cable which can replace the box usage in case of Samsung Factory Unlock functions. With this cable you are no need boxes anymore, only connect your Computer with your Device, and you can use the Factory Unlock function just as before.
• The average shipping time takes 25 working days, but in some cases it can be longer. It depends on the post delivery.
