when samsung firmware server back?

We will have very limited availability on all our support channels from 19/09/2019 to 22/09/2019.
From Monday (23/09/2019), all channels will be back to normal operation again.

There is a problem with our Samsung firmware downloads. We are working on getting this fixed and it is expected to take 2 weeks. We recommend to use the “Load firmware from file” function where you can browse and use your own firmwares.
Firmware downloads for other brands are working fine!

yes wish server back soon bcoz i use over 3 years with chimera .with ability online samsung flash firmware.

and very difficult manual select ....

I only use chimera for this only for flashing software for my clients! And now i cant do that. Can we get an extra month for free since we only use this for this purpose only.

Sorry for the inconveniences. We know it is a big problem for many users, I will talk about it with the owners too.
You can be sure the two head developer working on that problem actually, that is why I think the problem will be fixed shortly.
