Another post with complains being deleted - GSM-Forum

Why?? What' do you hide? Why always delete our opinions about your products! We are your clients we paíd for your tool and we have the right to say what' we think.

I spend 180$ in a tool wich does NOT WORK, your service does NOT WORK either, deal with it.

My point is that is disrespectful delete every single post that show problems with their product and service, it is NOT right. They must have a different positiion and bring solutions to us.

We NEED the fileserver Back, it is no possible to get WORK with the box without files.

NEED answers ans NEED it now

Some post are deleted cause complains are sometimes not ligit... The last few weeks we see a lot of haters coming in forum spreading some fake...

I am really sorry if yours were deleted and that you are actually facing an issue. Our server were acted all all flash files were deleted. Our big mistake was that we didn't have any back up of this content.

We have been collecting files since last few weeks and will start uploading on a new server. We are really sorry about this issue.

The full team has been dedicated to work on security of our devices since few month and this is reason why updates have been slow on Volcano and GPGEMMC. Next week will have a special featured added in the EMMC Box and will do our best to update frenquently as we used to.

Sorry if you feed disapointed but hopefully will make you change your mind.

If you think our comments are just not legit ask for our license number, delet post and pretend nothings happen its a big mistake. Like i said we NEED solutions we are NOT looking for enemys.
