Hardware problem brother. You device's chip has bad sectors......So the software can't erase them. Better return to the user.

Try erase earse erase...........if erasing success, then, chances. If not worthless.

2ndly Check 1st Full erase your phone and then try to write ?
make sure you use small wires

Brother, Use the power supply to the device and do according to the picture and instructions:
