Hardware problem brother. You device's chip has bad sectors......So the software can't erase them. Better return to the user.

all phone are same problem boot repir with jatag ok but earase flash same problem bad sector add please solve my problem

2ndly Check 1st Full erase your phone and then try to write ?
make sure you use small wires
