Brother, there might be two reason:

1. Driver Problem (Let me know which windows you are using? 32 or 64 bit? Did you try other computer for this?)

2. Box is not connecting with Server
As it seems your Antivirus or firewall block to connect with Server. Can you please Disable your Antivirus and firewall and try again?

3. Better you post screen shorts of error also.

4. And, You are in trouble because you never check the previous post and also never try to connect us and you did not send private message also.
