1 clear temp file & empty recyclebin
2 unistall gpgemmc driver

Hi, did it many times, the problem is when you use a different PC that the original where it opened at first time!!!

not work with me,waiting tomorrow for cecking my box serial,i hope is okay,and i can use my box

Note:

When you have such a problem that is either your PC problem or our server site problem. Let us know our GPG EMMC Serial Number and wait 24 hour (max time.).

not working for me. tried in 4 different computers(one with brand new laptop and fresh win 7 32bits os) ready to give my pc on teamveiwer to correct the problem

Sometimes you gets such an error while you are installing your device at the very first time and your internet connection is poor or your antivirus doesn't give communication between server and computer. Sometimes it might be server problem also. Such a condition you need to connect with us with your GPG EMMC serial number.
