Jtag and EMMC uses other types of Connection ie. soldering with GPG EMMC Power adapter to Mobile Board (More than 3 soldering on the board of the device) not USB so Think twice before write brother.

And post screen shorts if you want to get fast answer.

Did you tell that you want to repair imei in first post. How do I know your internal feeling? Just wasting your time and mine too not telling details. I Need Screen Short if you need real time answer.

How to Repair IMEI with GPG EMEC Box?

1. Open GPG EMEC software
2. Click on “Android Tab”
3. Now, choose “Repair Tool”
4. Choose the Phone Model that you want to repair from Drop-Down List
5. Put the phone in Normal Mode and connect with GPG Fidi Cable (Long Cable that comes with GPG EMEC Box)
6. Now Fidi cable makes COM Port for this Device
7. Connect the Device with this PORT
8. Fill the Valid IMEI number in the “IMEI” box
9. Click on “IMEI and Repair”
10. When you get information “IMEI Repair Should be used only to repair device and should be used for experimental used only. IMEI change is illegal and we would not be held responsible if any abuse. Do you want to continue?” Click on “YES”
11. Wait until the operation is completed.
12. Done.

Use the Cable you GOT with the GPG EMMC box. This Cable is about 1 meter long. On the cable you will see a plastic red box attached and the cable color is white that is called GPG FIDI CABLE. This cable makes a special port to repair IMEI of your devices. You must need to choose that PORT to repair IMEI.

You must need to install the driver for this Cable. You will find the driver link as given below:

Driver for Uart Cable

FT232R USB UART driver - Download - 4shared - kob aobaob.

Good Luck

Thumbs down Need help and you close thread! where is support?

You closed my thread. WHY?

1. You ask for screen shots which I'm not allowed to post or any one for that matter because have to have 10 posts!

2. You keep saying post screen shots but someone with 10 posts can't.

3. I just want my device working what I brought it's got your name on it and would like some help!

So I have a GPGEMMC unit with I brought and can't get working as it seems you don't provided drivers for the cable then send people off to a website which infects machine with malware and pop up adverts.

So far not impressed with GPG support!

So once again I request support.

Please assist and don't keep asking for screen shots when the rules don't allow me to post them.

Thank for help so far Faisal.

Fresh install of windows 7 32bit
Latest version of gpg software.
Downloaded drivers which someone posred in other thread. For the USB cable .

I gave link to screen shot of desktop showing device manager and gpg.

I would like to repair imei on samsung 9300 and I now have a 9505 which I would like to unlock

I select scan ports. Select port 4 as this is the USB cable.
Fill in boxes and press start or whatever button is labeled.
It jumps to 10% and then comes back with error. Again can see this in screen shot link posted above.

You are clearly not reading my posts. I have provided screen shots. But as I'm not allowed because of 10 post rule I have broken it down.

Please take time to read what people put.

Again here are screen shots.

tinypic (dot) com*r*16or4z*8
