How can I change capasity of nand flash (EMMC)?

Hi forum!
From customer come to repair Samsung I9003 with dead emmc.
I replaced EMMC from nokia X6 8gb. Now phone is working and no have any problem, but in system show total storage 4.35gb.
First I reflashed dump by GPGeMMC in section emmc and installed to phone. After reflashed it by Odin 3.09 with 5 files (2.3.6).
Space is not changed.
How can I get 8gb?

Thank you!
