i am following this method

About Android ( Samsung ) ID Remove

Android ( Samsung ) ID Id remove is for Removing Pattern lock, Pin lock etc... You have to use Special GPGeMMC IMEI Repair Special Cable for that which comes with GPGeMMC box. Connect GPGeMMC Special cable to pc and install drivers, Go to device manager and see what port it's make. now go to Tool, Select Correct model and correct port of that cable, connect cable to phone, Phone must be in powered on condition. insert cable and click on "Remove Samsung ID lock" wait software for finish. keep in mind At the same time it will format the phone. To use at your own Risk. Supported models : GALAXY Note 3 SM-N900、I9500、N7100、I9300... More coming soon

Dear try this solution, hope it works. Actually it is for n9005, but u can try it on ur phone.

Goto accessibility option which is available on the first screen where you select language
Goto Text to speech option and then from the settings goto Install voice data and try to download any language
It will ask you to enter samsung account details,Enter your own samsung account details
Once the download is complete,go back to screen where it was showing abnormal factory reset adn then enter your samsung account
It will go through

its not working the problem is same not connecting with mobile

Same Error
Waiting to enter unlock IMEI Repair mode...
Fail to enter test mode!

if GPGeMMC can bypass the Samsung id then i am doing the process written int this post

and also told me WBGSM to root this mobile and i did root now the mobile ie rooted but the same action ....Same error before root and after root.

and Still no answer by Support Team and i am still waiting about solution or advice.

so i request to support team reply as soon as possible so that i can repair my mobile .
