Old eMMC - SD5C25A-8G is dead (read only)
Can i read this chip and write dump in new?
As SD5C2-8G

It's simple brother.

Back up as ISP format or back up User, Boot1, Boot2 and EXD then write that one to the TARGET EMMC (EMMC you are going to change). That's All.
