Try to write 512 dump file

And try to explain more with screen short of GPG Emmc Box: What is the state of your device? What is the problem with it exactly?... Does the device go into Download Mode?

Note: After you Write 512 and device not wakes up, then change EMMC IC

Please check the support site. If you don't find there, then, make a request in respective section or you can back it up from working phone.
