if usb debgging on then you can wipe data etc using adb command

if you dont know adb command ..
simply use any android tools
android data eraser wiper tools
available many free tools search

for wipe data you need usb debug no in tablet are u sure its usb debug on....!!!

use any android tools free tool or box tool like volcano/miracle/etc any android tool for data wipe

usb debug on.... but after wipe by android multi tool now hang on android logo... any tools to wipe...... i tried volcano.. its saying being cleared but pttrn lock ddnt rmv..
