have a tablet supersonic sc-75mid but the driver is only installed and when I try to change the driver for a10 the folder which is the same processor for this and I do not recognize this application WIPE_ROM alike EASY A10 not recognized and I need to remove the security code

Sir I have a China tab "Telego" I don't know CPU name because tab got hang with tel ego logo I would try to restore factory / wipe but there shows some error : wipe restore factory failed . I was already try with flashing tool box for software recovery its done success fully but when I try to wipe there was shows some error .connection error I'd:5791
Connection error id : 9671
Please give me root of telego chinese tab. Thanks in advance
