I have with me a china phone with hang android logo. details a/f:
cpu : spreadtrum 6820 1ghz
os : android 2.3 gingerbread

I have tried to do "hard reset" by pressing/holding down "power button" & "vol down button" together. But after so doing, only one line of words "fasboot mode" and android logo appear on the screen.

Please help how to solve the problem. tks.

hi... this my prob... i change setting gsm only to gsm-td-scdma auto... i use this kind of code *#*#4636#*#*.... after that it reboot... then it cant start the fone with my sim inside.. i remove sim... try to "on" my fone... use that code again to chage it... i say unknown.... i try to change back to gsm... but i cant... now i cant use my fone because of that... please help me with this...

Hi guys, I'm new here. I don't know exactly where to post this but since I have the same problem as this thread, I'll add it here..

I have a china tablet also hanging on logo when booting, sometimes the screen pixelize and I it resets automatically again and again..

So what happen was, my tab was on a sleep mode for two days and I wasn't able to charge it, i guess it drained and yesterday when I charged it, it became like that. when it starts up, it boots until android logo,it pixelizes and resets again and again, I charged it for maybe about 50% and turned it off,reset it a few times but it's still the same. I need to know why it's happening. What the problem is, the software or hardware..Thanks in advance..
