1st = download this pc suite here for all hcl me install in your pc

2nd = download android multi tool here

3rd = download wipe rom easy tool here

4th = connect tab with pc open multi tool and enter 5 to start wipe

5th = if not done try with wipe rom easy tool

after all wipe devise successfully reset try and enjoy done .:)
