If it won't turn on or recovery/Fastboot than it is bricked/Hardware problem..
P.S. Tablet Boot repair is not possible (Bricked)

Pressing power+Volume down it goes in upgrade mode? if yes just download the firmware and put it in the sd-card.

if i remove this capacitor set show any problem or not?

bcoz i found this damage and i just remove it

it is neccessary to put capacitor or not ?

and how i get the same capacitor bcoz i dont knw the value
