i mean how do i flash my ibuddy connect? i already have the file: "DZHW-A760-iBuddyConnect-A-20130110" from intex website. what do i have to do with it? what program is needed to flash my device? thank you very much sir.

Intex ibuddy connect successfully hard reset, stuck on Pattern lock
Method:
connect ibuddy tablet into Pc, on Gmail username and password condition, install drivers.

download this tool:
Android Multi Tools_1.0 By azimbahar ( One-Man) Parvez

now once drivers are install. Run this tool and select 5 (Wipe Data) from the given options. your tablet will reboot. once it is done change the Language from Setting from Chinese to English.
