you would probably need to flash random rk2926 firmwares until you find one that boots on your tablet. Is your screen blank or is it loading a boot image? if your tablet powers on and freeze please remove the back cover and feel if the cpu is getting overheated. if its overheating then the tablet is useless and flashing wouldn't help.

have you tried firmware for rk3026? the processors are similar. rk3026 c86/131113/v0.2 should be easy enough to find
