need help with actions q8 allwinner tabletThis tablet freezes on the company logo "Ac - GSM-Forum

When I try to turn this tablet on it freezes on the company logo "Actions" page and therefore doesnt load android, I have tried everything imaginable to factory default it, without success, there is a pinhole on the side of the tablet but when I opened the case there is no button there to depress

Any suggestions

it say ATM 7021A Q85(possibly an S) v0.5 2013 1109
