O+ 9.7 firmware needed very badly.. - GSM-Forum

Good day to all, I'm looking for a firmware for the O+ "9.7" tablet with the board I.D WITS-A119 V2.1, and A10 chip... I hope someone here can help me with this, the tablet is stuck on the O+ screen, USB Debugging is not activated so I can't use data wipe, and there is no hard reset for this... or if you have any idea that might work, please kindly share and it'll be greatly appreciated.. thank you all in advanced.
