Prestigio tablet pmp5197D ultra flash file need

it is hang on logo i also reset all it but same problem how to flash it and how to update firmware its thsnks in advance

Hello,

My tablet hang on logo, after power on.
I need firmware for pmp5197d to upload via PC.
From recovery I can't flash FW from SD, there is no choice.
Only upgrade from internal memory is possible.
