Zen ultratab hard reset

Any one know how to hard reset zen ultratab

tablet andriod os 4
tab with user lock problem what to do please help me guys

tab have only 3 switch
power
vol up
vol down
i try with all but no reset menu come up

Only flash is the solution
have done three sets with hang and restart issue
