What should I do before running Spookey in windows XP?

--> You need Windows Xp Service Pack 3 to run the program. You can find this version in the microsoft Official site.

2.0 Version

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 from Official Microsoft Download Center

3.0 Version

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 from Official Microsoft Download Center

3.5 Version

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 (Full Package) from Official Microsoft Download Center

4.0 Version

--> You need to install Microsoft Framework 4.0 Full Version to run the spookey.

Notes:

1. Some program needs 2.0 some 3.0 and some 3.5 and other 4.0 in windows Xp so better you install 2.0 first, then 3.0, then 3.5 and finally 4.0

2. You will find 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4, 4.3 and 4.5 Net Framework version in the net.4.3 and 4.5 as you know, not work in windows XP service pack 3. So, you must install Net Framework 4.0 not clint version but FULL Version.

How to uninstall the Clint Version if this is not Removed from the Computer?

1. Install the Microsoft Net Framework 4.0 Full Version

2. Now, Open control panel and choose "Microsoft Net Framework 4.0 Extended" version and Uninstall

3. Restart the PC

4. Again Open the Control Panel and choose "Microsoft Net Framework 4.0 Clint Version" and Uninstall

5. Restart PC

6. Now, You can install the "Microsoft Framework 4.0 Extension Version" as mentioned Above.

7. Restart the Computer

8. Now, Install the Spookey Version 1.2.0.2 Version

9. Download Latest version 1.2.0.3 and Extract that zip file...........in one folder

10. Copy the exe and other file from the folder and paste in the "SPOOKEY" Folder

11. When Computer ask you "Over right?" click, Yes.

i can't check or info in blackberry module, I have a fresh windows 7. and install the blackberry driver from spookey folder. thank's

i have solved with my xp, follow the instructions.... done
instal and run.

after instal .net framework 4, run to install spookeybox v1.2.0.2 and patch v.1.2.0.3.

finish install.

go to activvation.

update module.

all done and running,
in BB module to.

thx all,
have money back in a day.... hehehehehe

i can't check or info in blackberry module, I have a fresh windows 7. and install the blackberry driver from spookey folder.

can somebody help? no aswer from product upporter or spookey.. ??

first , check your cable or connection
second, try with other PC
then post the result

Please uninstal your DM or BBSAK
to make sure there are have crash or not

i've already install fresh win7 on my pc, without install DM or bbsak. only spookey with the driver in folder spookey..

same problem with me mas beny79,install new windows7,just win7 and spokey,but still not connect with phone.

chek in device manager,
blackberry driver detect or not
after that,
right click icon spokey > properties > compability > privilege level > chek list run administrator
