mean no connected? check driver inside make sure you installed net framework

we investing money for phone unlock and repair,now spooky gives modem unlock, ok good modem unlock.
but why spooky team not giveing latest phones update give answer sir?
where is motorola,bb z10 q10,htc,samsung unlock and repair
how many time we wait for something new update
see bst dongle,chimera and others team giving regular necessary update

For modem Huawei Bolt E5372S (Firmware 21.270.11.00.1151) Only: Modem must be in the condition "download mode" Can unlock but, I need unlock Firmware 21.270.11.04.1151.
