when i try to unlock on samsung unlocker via uart cable, it is not detected?

may uart cable is fine and working with other phones.

tried *#0808#

dm+modem+adb = not detected

mtp+adb = not detected

usb debugging is enabled.

anyone knows why?

You need to isolate one pin of your battery in order to enable uart on that phone, battery pin between positive and negative must be taped and then try.
