Sir,

You are from pur VIP customer, and you know last weeks some services got delay issues,
We understand that we were alittle slow in response in that time, but i hope you understand that we were getting huge number of emails and msgs and complains while thats issues was on, so was very hard to reply emails and msgs on the time due to that volume of issues and complains together, i think you have used us for enough time and we were always available on the time to support you, if you have any issue not fixed yet plz contact our manager on his phone number and im sure he will try make you happy again.
