I funded my account to do icloud unlock clean 99% service but both the imei I submitted were rejected. I asked for a refund by submitting a ticked but you closed the ticket by asking why I needed a refund. I responded to that closed ticket mentioning that I cannot use the credits as both my imei's were rejected. YOu have not responded after that. Pls issue my refund asap. My user name is harrybh

I funded my account last year mid August. If refund option is not available in Paypal then u can send me money through paypal and I will pay the fees. It is my money and I am entitled to get it back if I cannot use it
