Member: 2231933 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | Sprint orders very late - no resolution still!!! I've asked you many times on skype over last few days that you resolve this or cancel these orders because my customers are highly angry now and threatening me with paypal disputes and negative feedbacks(I'm ebay seller), but mostly you are ignoring me or not giving any real info or solution. These are some of your responses: "I'm working on it bro", "bro till your client sprint changed unlock roles and policy", "its back ok now", "tell your client that sprint was changed unlock role", "its ok now", "now its back ok", "today I'm checking all bro", "OK bro, don't worry". I told you numerous times that my customers can't wait anymore yet you are ignoring this and playing me for a fool with these generic answers. This is just highly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior to say at least. And sure is not the way to treat a client who spent $30k at your website. It has been 4 times more than expected delivery time!! I must refund my customers asap (today/tomorrow) no matter what. So I ask you one more time that if you can't unlock these please refund my sprint orders. I hope someone else from adyunlocker team will read this and help me to resolve this situation. |
