Motorola E5 XT1921-6 after unlock problem [solved]


unlock code reader done but now the phone has problem:
There's an internal problem your device, and it may be unstable until you factory data reset.

Did you already try to do what phone asks you to do?
Did you try to insert another sim card?

i have hard rest and factory reset still same issue.
i solve problem by flashing and entering unlock code

how do you do that? i mean how did you flash it? using what firmware version? because i'm having the same problem, read code was succesfully done. but it doesnt detected sim card.
So i flash it using fastboot and Software Upgrade Assistant but mine is stuck at loading and has "Motorola Modem Service has stopped x cloase app" and "There's an internal problem your device, and it may be unstable until you factory data reset." and cannot enter menu.

does it take you guys 12 minutes to unlock this with smartclip? it takes me 12 minutes but my friend can do it in 3 minutes. how is that possible. xt1921-6 e5 play verizon

i use a brand new asus and a hp envy. its faster if i leave the verizon sim inside. but still takes 10 minutes+
