OT 4044o unlock question - GSM-Forum

Hi.

Been trying to unlock this phone but no success so far.
ive followed the instructions and did some research online but still not able to unlock it.

1.- go to qcom module
2.- select model.
3.- plug turned off phone
4.- select phone from list.
5.- press unlock
result:
Smart-Clip 2 1.27.19 Qcom: Direct unlock
ALCATEL HS-USB Diagnostics 9091 (COM2761), Provider: TCL, Driver ver.: 2.1.1.2, Date: 01/02/2015, USB\VID_1BBB&PID_9091&REV_0310&MI_00
Phone model: OT-4044O
Connecting.....Error opening serial port

A new port is generated QCOM HSUSB QDLOADER i selected it and pressed unlock again
result:
Smart-Clip 2 1.27.19 Qcom: Direct unlock
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM43), Provider: Qualcomm Incorporated, Driver ver.: 2.1.2.2, Date: 24/03/2016, USB\VID_05C6&PID_9008&REV_0000
Phone model: OT-4044O
Missing response from phone

what im doing wrong?? havent had problems with any supported phone with this tool, but this model.

Try to re-install drivers, device manager, remove alcatel diag port first. Change usb port, or cable, try again good luck

Please dont answer just to increase your post counter, do you really think i havent tried that already?
when i write something in the support forums is because i did research and tried to find a solution by myself.

still waiting for word from support team.

hi did you find a solution to unlock this phone i'am having the same problem with drivers no one seems wants help i sent a lot of messages to different support no answers

Try to perform master reset operation on this phone manually, and then repeat the unlock operation
