Install drivers for all unknown devices that appear at that stage "Connecting....Phone not found"

The problem is wen software try to connect the phone change the conection. And the phone freeze

Reading the support page saids than I need the pack 5 for repair imei but the software don´t warning me than I need the service pack 5
