Note that newest Alcatel models now require manual model selection.

What phone model exactly are you trying to service?
Try servicing phone according to the manual placed below and post results here.
How to connect:
On Qcom tab, select model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list. Then:

♦ Wait while the diagnostic port appears
Note that newest Alcatel models now require manual model selection.

Fixed an issue “Sending boot... Failed”, occurring while servicing Alcatel OT-9006w / OT-4060 and some other Alcatel and Vodafone smartphones.
Please use latest SC2 version.

More likely that you've had different phone models.
5056n is not supported, at the moment.
