Smart-Clip2 Software v1.14.01 is out!

1. Significantly improved Sidewinder method for servicing
Huawei HiSilicon Balong devices.

♦ This method allows you to perform
Direct unlock / Full Repair IMEI / Get Bootloader Password operations
on the newest Huawei devices without root and server connection.

2. Added special button for Bootloader Password Reading
(Huawei HiSilicon Balong devices)

♦ You’ll find this button in the service tab. Press the button to read a code immediately.

after update to the latest version ,when start software stuck on smart clip 2 v.1.14.01 nothing else

Would you like to tell me that root is always needed for backup, and during the repairing function we can loose/damege imei ??

@ bnsongsm,

Try re-installing software. In case same issue appears, install Smart-Clip2 software at another PC.

@ zishhaider,

It is always good to have a backup, and you know that you are able to reed it only when the device is rooted.
But don't worry. The service operation is maximally safe as it is possible.
