hello respected team
recebtly i bought rsim 11 and insatlled on iphone 7 and 7 plus with softbank and au carrier but both have only out going calls no incoming call how can i fix this problem ?

turn on data roaming it will fix ur problem

I have same problem no incoming call when phone is screen lock.
Data roaming is on.


Iphone 7+ T-Mobile ios 10.3.3

I am having the same problem with the r-sim 12 I get text and can make calls but I can receive any calls

This is kind of strange, and is not a real solution, but try to play some streaming music while the screen is off.

I will try that, I put the phone in 2g mode and it works it can now get incoming calls
