Antivirus problem

I have tried many antivirus and these block or delete the program of the box and I put them in exceptions and passes the same as you recommend?

All the antivirus that I know consider the tools to work with cell phones as viruses. In my case when I go to work with them I disable it.

So that self-protection does not eliminate it autonomously I define it as a trusted folder where the installed programs are, as well as their installers
