i need help after repair nv on octopus box i facing problem imei null

i try to write cert on different methods

USB Cerf
ADB cerf
com port no idea how work but i tried too

result same

Hello
Please readsome basic helpfile before starting any task at gcpro.
1) phone is qcom and its only supported via uart imeicert write,need alive baseband first.
2) phone baseband unknown and phone is qcom we can modemstx reset or m9kefs reset(both in download mode may need old bootloader or combination bootloader) or resetefs button. once you have imei 0000 and baseband is alive you can go to cert write step.
3) if model is samsung original Korean phone must select valid model at imeicert write else gona give seed error.
4) may need to write qcn if efs is clear or reset.
